My first try at a wedding… well, everything minus the ceremony.  My good friend Jessica presented me with this fantastic opportunity that I couldn’t resist. Thank you for letting me practice on you!

The chill in the air produced goosebumps and red noses, but  the location was beautiful. Not to mention so were the subjects… and here are the very lovely new Mr. & Mrs.

Love is in the air this fall! Matt and Megan were recently engaged and are planning a beautiful destination wedding someplace where the beach is a bit sandier  than what we had to work with for these sunset shots!

One of my good friends is getting married!!!!! Jess, you are going to make such a beautiful bride! Can’t wait to celebrate with you guys!

And our children were soooo good during the session. Our little babies were content in their strollers and our toddlers were angels!!!

My brother-in-law is getting married!!!! I was honored when they asked me to take their engagement photos. I see how cute and lovey they are when we’re together, but photographing them was amazing! Their love really shines through in these photographs.

The other month I received a phone call from my cousin asking if I could take photos of him and his girlfriend, Shauna. They have been dating for years throughout highschool and now she is leaving for college. He wanted to surprise her with lasting images that capture who they are as a couple before she headed off. I hope when the two of you look at these photos, you are reminded every day about how much love you truly have for one another!

The first time I met this cute family of three was on a very chilly October day last year. This year, there weren’t any little red button noses!  Just a little heat and wind to deal with

I really enjoyed seeing you all again and laughing hysterically at my funny assistant (a.k.a husband). I’ve made him do the ‘jig’ several times since then!

What a sweet and super fun family of 7 this is. Yes, you heard me correctly, 7! Despite the brutal wind and the few sprinkles that fell, we had a fantastic and very fun time at the shoot. My favorite quote of the day…

“mommy, I love you so much I want to marry you” – said by their little 4 year old cutie.

I photographed this little cutie last year when she turned 1. Now she’s turning 2 and this photo shoot was extra special in so many ways.  She’s going to be a big sister! And aside from her parents attending the session, her grandma, grandpa, uncle and new fiance came along too for some fun family photos.  We had a beautiful day and Amelia was a peach, per usual!
