thirty-eight weeks…

My best friend is going to have a baby! She has been the BEST Godmother to my daughter and I have no doubt that she is going to be the best mother to her little baby! Love you Melissa and I can’t wait for your little monkey to arrive so we can share motherhood stories

thirty-six weeks…

Pregnancy is one of the most beautiful times in a women’s life. Before you know it, you’ll be holding your new little bundle and the wonderful pregnancy ups-and-downs are quickly now in the far back of you mind. Being able to capture this for the mommy to be is one of my favorite things.

Colleen is 36 weeks pregnant with baby boy number 2 and she couldn’t be more beautiful!! She came completely prepared and had some great ideas that she wanted to try out. Her confidence really shows through in these breath-taking images.

37 weeks…

37 weeks and couldn’t look much better than this!! Can’t wait to hear of the arrival of your little man!

38 weeks…

This is my good friend Jayme, who is about to have her very first baby! Jayme and I were inseparable when we were younger, painting our toenails and talking about boys. Now times have changed and I am painting her toenails and talking babies! I love you Jayme and I can’t wait to meet baby Jack!!

34 weeks…

Jess is due next month with baby number 2 and I was so excited when she said that she was willing to let me take some outside pictures of her. Little did we know that the mosquito’s were out in FULL FORCE! Poor thing had massive mosquito bites all over her body by the time we were finished. But she was a trooper and held on as long as she could. The end results were definitely worth the 14 bites, right Jess?

39 weeks…

I always love seeing, talking and photographing expectant mommies. They typically range from 7-8 months along. But when I met Jenny on Sunday, she was at the very end… she was due in 4 days!  As fate would have it, I had an opening where I could squeeze her in to get some last time pictures of her beautiful belly.  Good thing, because little ‘M’ made her appearance just 3 short hours later!! Jenny – you did an amazing job for being in active labor during the shoot! Congratulations you two!

This past weekend I had the opportunity to meet Kacey, a glowing mommy-to-be. This Hooiser fan even had a Hoosier themed baby shower, so of course the first picture was a must.  Can’t wait to meet baby ‘Z’ in a few months!
